Zahn Spirit Wolf of Shenandoah is a gentle spiritual teacher whose wisdom, presence and spirit touched the hearts and souls of people from all walks of life and geographic areas. Born August 17, 2002 at Shenandoah Shilohs in Pennsylvania, he came bouncing into Genvièv’s life as a 7 week-old pup who already seemed to have all the answers. A published author, producer and the founder of a forensic hypnosis and clinical hypnotherapy center in Portland, Oregon, Genvièv was featured on leading television shows in France, before relocating to the US. Born in Principality of Monaco, Monte-Carlo, on the edges of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, Genvièv is a deep sea rescue diver and an animal whisperer whose life was shaped by an intimate relationship with animals and nature. In the fall of 2008, Zahn gave the world a moment of panic when he suddenly collapsed from massive kidney failure and slipped all the way to the gates of death. After a week and a half on life support in the critical care unit of an animal hospital, Zahn was pronounced terminal and Genvièv was instructed to say goodbye to him. Refusing to give up on him, she said goodbye to the hospital instead and had his lifeless body transported to an emergency clinic. Against all odds, medical diagnostics and prognoses, Zahn made a complete and miraculous recovery. The story of their journey to the other side and back is featured in The Gift. After this frightening close call, Genvièv & Zahn decided to found Spirit Wolf Press to continue sharing the gentle wisdom, beauty and presence of the Spirit Wolf with the world. Today, Zahn is doing better than ever. He is enjoying life with Genvièv in a lovely lake cottage in the Pacific Northwest, where he spends his days watching wild geese, herons and ducks dive in the crystal waters under their windows.
